As contractor and craftsman we have spent the better part of our careers providing affordable, sustainably remodeled homes that are move-in ready and simple to care for. They provide electric, gas, and water savings you can really see in your monthly bills.

This home is one of two eco-projects we have completed here in Cully; all-in-all over 14,000 SF of land has been recreated on this block to manage stormwater, sustain wildlife, produce food, and offer retreat.
We've had an incredible time interacting with the surrounding neighborhood over a two year span!

Cully is lively and conscientious community; the semi-rural setting affords a wonderfully private setting with easy access to the city. Cully's neighborhood association (CAN) is a committed one. Their current projects include securing a new area for a community park center, an overhaul of community-school interaction, and the phenomenal Cully Blvd project.
In our eyes, the work of CAN and the neighbors themselves are good indicators that this neighborhood will continue to evolve as a strong community with good resources.
